Michael Burke Sr., Vice Treasurer

Michael is the former Managing Director and Head of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, the U.S. Private Client Services business of Deutsche Bank. He served on the Deutsche Bank Securities Incorporated Board of Directors as well as the firm's U.S. Private Wealth Management Executive Committee. Michael joined Deutsche Bank in 2006 after 17 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was Managing Director and U.S. Director of National Sales of the firm's Global Wealth Management Group.

A 25 year veteran of the securities industry, Michael has dedicated his time and efforts to a variety of charitable organizations with an emphasis on supporting those with disabilities and special needs. He has served as an investment committee member for the Foundation for the National Capital Region (formerly the Community Foundation of Greater Washington) and was a founding member of the Washington Committee for the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Michael served a three year term on the Board of Achieve Tampa Bay, a UCP affiliate in Tampa Florida, before joining the UCP National Board of Trustees in 2006. In addition to serving on the Board, Michael also serves on the Finance, Investment and Development Committees of UCP.

Michael, his wife, Rosemary and their 6 children have personal experience with Cerebral Palsy. The youngest and most special member of the Burke family, Joseph Patrick, has CP.
